Prices and conditions
2024

Rates include :

• The expenses (water, electricity, heating and amenities).
• Cot with pillow.
• Bedding covers, blankets, duvets and pillows.

Rates do not include :

• The guarantee deposit : 450 €.
• The tourist tax (5,5 %).
• Cleaning : 150 €.
• State of play : 25 €.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The villa is non-smoking.

Booking terms :

• Deposit : 50% of renting at the time of registration.
• The balance, the deposit, the cleaning and the state of play will be paid at the latest 15 days before the beginning of the stay.
• In case of cancellation, the deposit will be lost. If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the start of the stay, the total amount of the rental will be lost.
• A lease will be signed between the two parties.
